•Upon arrival Blow dry your faux fur with a hairdryer on a COOL SETTING to fluff up your fur to the Max,as it may appear flattened due to it being in transit!

•Due to the faux fur material the coats may arrive with a synthetic smell. Once you air out for a couple of hours this will go.
